Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of building and leading teams across various companies and environments. My primary focus has been on developing efficient processes and fostering cohesive teams to achieve organizational objectives effectively.
Building teams from the ground up or consolidating existing ones, I have consistently focused on driving growth and delivering measurable results.
From 2009 to 2012, I led the Web Department for the Sonora Government, managing a team of four to address the State’s requirements for official government websites. During this time, my team and I successfully redesigned and updated more than 25 official websites while maintaining and updating the Sonora Government’s official website, which served as the primary platform for official communications and live transmissions.
As Team Director, my responsibilities included leading the planning, design, and usability of these websites and delivering monthly performance reports to the administration.
In late 2012, I transitioned to the private sector as Lead Multimedia Designer for Gorilla Nation, a subsidiary of Evolve Media LLC. Since joining, I have advanced through various roles within the company, moving from Team Leader to General Leader, and for the past five years, serving as General Manager of Multimedia and Design.
In my current role, I manage a team of six designers, coordinating with stakeholders to achieve company objectives. My responsibilities include guiding team members, developing design processes, creating templates for various design and animation products, and overseeing the scoping and testing of new product developments for the company.
Driven by a proactive approach, my goal is to continuously learn and support others in refining their skills, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment aligned with company goals.
